When I had came here, I looked around at multiple places. When I had came here, I’d saw a lot of good reviews. I always try and make sure to look at that first because you don’t go into a place, have a bad experience. Every time I come in, they all say hello to me, they always ask me how my job is. They always give me compliments, and it makes my day coming here. It’s been a good experience being here, and the doctors, they’re always fast with their patients, it’s not like you’re taking hours here and there. When I had first came, I was kind of … I have baby teeth still in, so I didn’t have my parents come with me. He kind of can’t lie, he was like, “As a father perspective, I would just keep them.” It made me feel like, “Oh, I think this is a good doctor’s office.” He’s saying as a father perspective even though my parents weren’t here to help me.

They’re always nice to the people too. Every time I see somebody when I walk in, they always have big smile on their face. Every time I come to the front desk, they always help me. Especially with payments, I always get payments sent to my house when everything’s supposed to be finalized. They’re always working together, and if one of them ask, “Can you hand me this or that?” they all work together, and it’s supposed to be like, that’s how a team is supposed to be. I think it’s really good for them to do that because not a lot of places do do that.

You will have a great smile that you will love at the end. At first, it’s hard and it hurts, but at the end, the smile will be worth it.

Before I got my braces on, I didn’t like that I had a gap in my teeth. They were all over the place. I would hold my head down when I was talking, I wouldn’t look directly in the face because I didn’t like my smile. But as they put them on and I started to see some progress, I was like, “Oh yeah, this is what was right for me,” and I started to talk more. I started to smile more. Then when I got them off, it was when I’m talking, I’m able to smile. I’m able to look people directly in their face and let them know what I have to say.

Before I got them on, they walked me and my parents through everything. They let us know how the procedure would go, about how long it would take. And they gave me a little pamphlet with everything that I needed to know about my braces. They recommended the Waterpik floss to me, which helps really good to clean the braces, a good way to take care of them. When I first got them on, when they were hurting, they let me know that ice cream was a really good thing to eat. Just simple things like that, which made it very, very much easier for me to go through the journey with my braces. If I had to rate them, I’d give them a 10 out of 10, five stars.

It’s important to me to have a great smile. I want my children to have that perfect smile, too. I don’t want them to have to struggle like I did when I was younger.

They explain everything. I’m a question person, and I definitely get all of the answers before anything is done. “Why are you doing that?” They explain why. They make you feel comfortable, welcome. My daughter was in good hands I knew coming here, so that was good to know.

Especially in the consultation, my husband had no idea what to expect. He never had braces, nothing. I went through it all, so he understood everything when we left the way that was explained and what Addison had to go through. He didn’t leave like, “What’s going to be happening?” That was good to know.

It went great and smooth when she got her braces on. I actually learned that they changed a few things from when I had braces. They have heat-activated wires now, which is interesting, and things are moving fast for her. We came in to get a repair because things are already moving for her and the wire is poking her in the back. That’s awesome that we can be able just to come in and get that taken care of right away and not have her suffer with her cheek getting torn up, too.

That was interesting to me. Like right away, we went and got some ice cream afterwards, and that like eased off the tightness and the pain for her. So far, good. Honestly, she only got them on like two weeks ago, but I can see some changes already, and she got used to them pretty well. I’m anxious to see in the future how things start moving, how things start coming down and coming together. It was way different being the mom sitting there watching your child get the braces on instead of you always being the patient.

Well, the doctors were super friendly. They feel more like friends than just doctors. And the place looks great. They do a really good job, and there’s overall friendly staff. They have a great work dynamic. If you stick around long enough to see it, they have a really great work dynamic. They all seem like they work well together. Dr. Randy is really friendly. He really does try to connect with more of his patients than just going and get the job done. He does try to interact with them more, and it really is a great thing.

They feel like one united team, not just a bunch of people that were randomly selected. They feel like all together, they work more as a family, and more as one unit. I just feel like I’m getting better care, like I’m getting better service. When I came in, I was super freaked out because I really didn’t know anything about it, but Dr. Randy assured me, and made me feel a lot better about it. I did end up getting them done, obviously, and it did not take that long at all – a couple of weeks to start seeing massive improvements, I think first two, three months. It was a very fast care. It was very well executed care.

The second trip he was explaining what he was planning on doing in the terms I could understand. He was explaining how it would affect my mouth. He did say it would take about a year, I think he ended up saying, and we’re coming up really close on that. And I do think it’s coming together really well. My teeth are perfectly straight, and I’m not really noticing the overbite, so I do think we are coming up close to where he was absolutely right on his original estimate.

Everything he said would happen is pretty much happening. It turned out really, really well. It turned out to be very fast, and it was obviously worth it. Orthodontic Alliances, you can expect to have great results, great care, and I think that it’s one of the best places to go for getting braces done.

I know some people pick as far as distance from their house. When I was looking for Jared and Mikayla nine years ago, there were two other places I had gone to. And what the other orthodontists were asking was an … crazy amount of money. And so they were the third one I called and just wanted to check them out. And so price alone, I feel like when I talk to others who have gone to an orthodontist, we have gotten well and beyond our money we have spent. Well, even that prime story of Mikayla when she got to get her braces off, they got her in, they got her out, knowing she had to go to be ready for a basketball game. They were … made sure she was a priority that day and made sure she didn’t miss school, because if you take them out of school, they can’t play that day.

They did a great job and just got her in and out so she could get back to what she needed to do. Now that my husband is coming, he chose to come here only because he has seen what has happened to the other four of our kids and how they’ve worked really well with their teeth, and took the time to do those things. I know they joke with him, and he will give them a … pick on them back, so … and that’s like Logan and Aiden. Bottom line, you feel like you’re family when you come.
