I would describe the care here at Orthodontic Alliances as top-notch. To me, it’s much more than even I imagined. A retired registered nurse, I know first impressions are lasting impressions and that the patient is always first.
And definitely here at Orthodontic Alliances, they treat patients as though they’re first. It’s just been wonderful. Everybody here, I mean, day one, they’ve treated me well.

I mean, they make sure that I’m doing all right. Every single time I sit down, they’re sure to ask anything poking, prodding, anything messing around, anything you don’t like that we can adjust. So I’m very happy for that.
They’re very transparent. They have excellent staff and they have great people. So whoever you meet here, they’re going to take care of you and you’re going to be satisfied at the end of the day.
A couple of times I had a wire to break. You know, one was sticking, you know, it was hurting my jaw. Gave them a call.
I didn’t have to wait a day or two days. They had me to come in the same day. As far as the turnaround times, you can’t beat it.
You can’t beat it because they are definitely on point. If you have any issue at all with the wiring, with your spacing, even with the retainer, you come in and they will fix it. But it was OK.
You know, it was a journey, a long journey. I’m glad that I did that because when I look now at my teeth, a before and after, totally different person. I came out the best in the end because my smile now is what I go around.
I smile big for anyone because it was worth it. My recommendations for any patient, don’t hesitate. Go for it.
