  • Experience – Our staff is a very tight-knit group. Most staff members have been with Dr. Randy Schmidt for more than 20 years. That is two decades of serving the same patients and families, side by side. That kind of history breeds a truly like-minded team that is able to handle whatever situation you are in.
  • Training – Before you can have an experienced staff, you have to have a well-trained staff. Our team sets themselves apart in that area with a rigorous dedication to continuing education. The field of orthodontics is constantly evolving with new technology, and staying on top of the improvements in patient care and treatment is paramount to our staff remaining one of the most efficient and caring teams you will meet.
  • Accountability – Being accountable to our patients for the quality of care they receive starts with being accountable to each other by completing the training we need to pursue. Quarterly checks regarding continuing education, as well as passing required national certification exams, are all part of how we stay accountable to each other in this area.
